Shipping Information
Due to the fragile nature of many of our products, we pack our items for shipping with the utmost care and best packing materials to prevent shipping damage. Our normal method of shipping is UPS, although at times we will use an alternative carrier depending on item, weight and customer location. Purchase of multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments.
We take pride in offering FREE SHIPPING on EVERY ITEM. Please
allow up to 72 hours for processing the order and 2 -3 weeks for delivery. Most times orders will be processed and
delivered much sooner.
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
California residents/destinations must add 9.25% sales tax.
Backorders
On rare occasions, our most popular products sell out. Should this be the case, the Chess Drawer will notify you with an expected date of delivery and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order for a full refund.
Return Policies
Manufacturer Defects: We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects and will repair/replace any items with manufacturing defects at no charge to you. Please open, unpack and inspect your merchandise upon receipt. We must be notified by email within 5 days of delivery of any merchandise received with manufacturing defects. Upon notification of the problem, we will send instructions on how to return merchandise. Please do not return merchandise before receiving instructions. Failure to notify us by email within 5 days or returning merchandise prior to receiving our instructions may void repair, replacement or credit/refund. Missing pieces are limited to replacement only. Merchandise returned in less than new condition may void repair, replacement or credit/refund.
Shipping Damage: We take the utmost care in packing merchandise for shipping to avoid shipping damage. Please open, unpack and inspect your merchandise upon receipt. In the unfortunate incident where you may receive merchandise damaged during shipping, we must be notified by email within 5 days of delivery. Upon notification of the problem, we will send instructions on how to return merchandise. Please do not return merchandise before receiving instructions. Failure to notify us by email within 5 days or returning merchandise prior to receiving our instructions may void replacement or credit/refund. Please help us by keeping the shipping box and original packing materials, etc. as we may require pictures as proof of damage. Once we file a claim against the carrier, we will replace your item at no charge to you.
Other Returns: If you wish to return your merchandise for any reason other than Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Damage, you may return it to us within 15 days for a refund of the price paid minus a 20% of the retail price restocking fee. Please contact us by email for return instructions. Please do not return merchandise before receiving instructions. Failure to notify us by email within 15 days or returning merchandise prior to receiving our instructions may void replacement or credit/refund. Customer will also be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be received in original box and be suitable for resale. Please pack merchandise carefully. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection and if received back in poor or damaged condition will be subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 50%.
